Why Choose ScopeMeter
One handheld tool, three essential functions
The ZT-703S is designed for users who need practical diagnostic capability in a portable format. It brings together a dual-channel digital oscilloscope, a True RMS multimeter and a basic signal generator, making it easier to move between voltage checks, waveform capture and signal injection without swapping devices. For service engineers, makers and repair technicians, that means faster fault finding and less kit to carry.
Built for everyday diagnostics
With 50 MHz bandwidth and dual-channel scope input, the ZT-703S is well suited to routine electronics repair, embedded work, power supply checks, sensor testing and educational lab use. The True RMS multimeter handles common electrical measurements with improved accuracy on non-sinusoidal waveforms, while the integrated generator is useful for tracing signal paths, checking responses and basic functional testing.
Strong value against FNIRSI and Hantek alternatives
Where many competing handheld units focus on headline specs but leave buyers guessing, this model stands out with a balanced mix of features, portability and value. It is a smart choice for anyone comparing FNIRSI or Hantek options and wanting a dependable mid-range 3-in-1 tester around the £110 mark, without stepping up to premium Fluke-level pricing.
Portable, practical and ready for UK users
The handheld format works well on the bench, in the van, at a plant cabinet or in the garage. An English-language interface and user guidance make setup straightforward, and CE/UKCA and RoHS compliance help provide confidence for UK buyers. If you want one portable instrument that covers the jobs most often handled by a meter and a basic scope, the ZT-703S is an excellent all-round pick.

Customer Reviews
Bought this for bench repair work on power supplies and small control boards. The dual-channel scope is genuinely useful, and having the True RMS meter in the same unit saves a lot of time switching between tools.
Arrived quickly from the UK and was ready to use after charging. I used the signal generator to trace an audio fault and then checked voltages with the meter. Very handy bit of kit for the money.
I use it for teaching and demonstration work with students because it combines waveform viewing and multimeter functions neatly. The 50 MHz bandwidth is more than enough for general lab exercises and electronics troubleshooting.
Good all-round handheld tester and far less clutter on my worktop than separate budget units. My only minor criticism is that the screen is naturally smaller than a bench scope, but that is the trade-off for portability.
I was comparing this with FNIRSI and Hantek handheld models and went with ScopeMeter because the listing was clearer and the specs felt more honest. It has been brilliant for hobby electronics and Arduino fault finding.
Useful for automotive sensor checks and general workshop diagnostics. The multimeter functions are solid and the scope catches intermittent signals well enough for most jobs. Battery life is decent, though I top it up often when using the scope heavily.
Excellent value for money. I needed one portable unit for field maintenance visits, and this covers voltage checks, continuity and quick waveform inspection without carrying three separate instruments.
